The range trainer · daily drill

Train the decision, not the outcome.

Pick a seat and a spot — opens, facing a raise, facing a 3-bet, defending the big blind — and play ten hands against the solver. Good decisions light green, even the ones that would have lost. Your grid keeps the score that matters.

Why it scores this way

Poker's cruellest trick is that it rewards bad decisions often enough to teach them. Call without the price, river your miracle, and your brain files the mistake as a win. The trainer inverts that loop: every answer is measured against the unexploitable baseline, and a correct fold is celebrated exactly like a correct raise. Variance never touches your score here — which is precisely why the score transfers to the table, where it touches everything.
